0

The MakanDay Centre for Investigative Journalism successfully facilitated a one-week (18 – 22 November 2024) intensive training programme for the second cohort of the Environmental Crime Journalism Fellowship (ECJF).

This transformative initiative brought together talented journalists from both public and private media to sharpen their investigative skills and deepen their commitment to uncovering environmental crimes. Supported by Wildlife Crime Prevention (WCP), the 12-month long fellowship equips these passionate storytellers to spotlight critical conservation issues and amplify voices advocating for a sustainable future.

Follow the journey as the 2024 Fellows embark on their mission to champion environmental justice and drive impactful change through compelling journalism.
